Creativepool Ltd '30'000 Prize Draw' Terms & Conditions


1. Entrants must be registered as a candidate on Creativepool Ltds website; be aged 18 years or over and resident in England, Scotland or Wales.

2. Employees of Creativepool Ltd and their subsidiary companies, agents and families are excluded. There will be one winner and one prize.

3. Email submissions (of submitted email addresses) must be received by Creativepool Ltd no later than 12pm (midday GMT) on Wednesday 30th April 2008 for automatic entry into the 30,000 Prize Draw. The draw will take place on 7th May 2008. The winner will be notified on or before 16th May 2008.

4. Entry to 30,000 Prize Draw is automatic once Creativepool Ltd has received submitted email addresses (before 12pm (midday GMT) Wednesday 30th April 2008.

5. The prize draws winner will be the first name drawn at random.

6. The prize draw winner's name and address will be available from the Winner's List 30,000 Prize Draw, Creativepool Ltd, 3.13, Clerkenwell Workshops, 31 Clerkenwell Close, London, EC1R 0AT between 19th May 2008 and 1st June 2008, provided a SAE is enclosed.

7. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as permission by the entrant of this Creativepool Ltd prize draw to take publicity photographs and interview the winners and for these to be used by Creativepool for promotional purposes.

8. The prize will consist of a Sony PSP. The prize will be delivered to the winner within 8 weeks of the prize draw.

9. There is no cash alternative to the stated prize. Promoters reserve the right to offer a similar prize, or a prize of equal or greater value, if the stated prize is unavailable.

10. The judges' decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
