Yellow Jelly Winners Announced

Yellow Jelly The results are in for Adrem's graphic design competition, Yellow Jelly, that we sponsored last month.

The competition gave designers the chance to get some fantastic exposure by designing a fresh new logo for iconeye. First place was Marcus Baron, who took away £500, a year's subscription to icon amongst other funky prizes. Second place was Amit Patel and in third place, Luke Twyman. A massive thank you goes out to all of the entrants who made the competition a resounding success.

Netscape is Dying

Netscape A bit melodramatic - yes. And I have to admit myself and 99% of the world's population gave up on Netscape years ago. However, on the 1st of March 2008, Netscape will officially not be supported anymore.

Sure the writing has been on the cards for what seems like forever now - but I'll bet there are a few of you that remember the first big browser wars; when Netscape was revolutionary and held masses of market share! (before IE and Microsoft swallowed up the market.)
