Copywriter / Marketing Executive - Doncaster - £18-25k

Highly successful online retail company is looking for a passionate and efficient copywriter and general marketer for their business, which operates numerous online retail websites.

You will be responsible for all website and product copywriting, co-ordinating news, social networking posts, managing and exploiting opportunities with their PR agency and overall marketing strategy for their numerous ecommerce outlets.

You will have strong copywriting skills, creative flair and be able to switch between different tones of voice on a regular basis, in order to appeal to the customer base of each website. You will have the ability to write captivating copy and effective strap lines, including writing copy for social media, product/company news and email campaigns.

You will also be involved in broader marketing activities that will include product promotions & sales, direct marketing, taking responsibility for improvements for website content and working closely with the company’s PR agency.

You will be educated to degree level, or equivalent, with a strong interest in ecommerce. 1-3 years experience copywriting is essential, as is a broad understanding of marketing. (Examples of past copywriting work is required.) Knowledge of online social networking, SEO, PPC, Analytics, affiliate marketing, would be advantageous, though not mandatory.
