TIOS are a unique and expanding agency delivering performance based marketing solutions including web applications for our clients. We want to hear from talented individuals passionate about design, open minded and who would be keen to develop knowledge of persuasive marketing techniques.

The Role

We are looking for a CSS, HTML front end Designer to join our team working within a behavioural design organisation based in Hereford.

This is a highly technical role so you must enjoy web coding as well web design, which must be reflected in your portfolio .

Your CV/Portfolio should highlight the following:

  • Fluent and creative in CSS, HTML, XHTML and Javascript.
  • Ability to produce a variety of graphical concepts from a brief.
  • Experience using industry standard graphics software including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat.
  • The ability to listen carefully to a design brief.

    You must be a good team player with an eye for detail, a passion for accuracy and an ability to be able to understand and apply concepts. Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work on diverse projects with tight deadlines is essential. Previous commercial experience would be advantageous although all graduate applicants will be considered.
