SENIOR USER EXPERIENCE STRATEGY MANAGER (MOBILE)
Salary: circa 75,000 plus 5,000 car allowance bonus and excellent package
Location: Home Counties
A Senior User Experience Strategy Manager with Mobile Phone industry experience is required to join a leading Mobile Technology Company based in the Home Counties. Reporting in to the senior management team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the UI roadmap for the European Market.
You will:
Develop and maintain UI roadmap for the European market
Develop, organise and conduct usability and benchmarking tests (in-house and agency lead)
Analyse existing user interfaces and be able to produce usability reports
Lead and manage UI design projects with internal and external resources or agencies.
Manage the relationship between the various internal stakeholders and the operators UI teams across Europe.
Responsible for mapping the operator UI-roadmap against the UI-roadmap and vice versa to ensure short-mid-long term UI compliance and competitiveness
Support the final approval phase of product launch by customers to implement designs into technology frameworks.
Skills and Requirements:
Skills in interactive design and a strong awareness of mobile phone technologies is mandatory
Requires strong and flexible skills in UI project management, communicating with impact and presenting in front of executive level customers
Requires a thorough understanding of user interface issues and concise- and pragmatic decision making.
Demonstrates a passion for stylistic breadth, attention to detail, and balances beauty, innovation and usability.
Strong skills in creating and analysing usability tests as well as formulating the results
Substantial understanding of user interface issues and information architecture is important.
