Full service marcomms agency needs lead designer for fast-moving retail client, working across press, print, DM, online and other

You will be creative, used to working cooperatively with account management, copywriters and print/media as well as the client direct, to deliver creative solutions in an extremely fast-paced environment. Innate understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to work intelligently and innovatively within them is essential. Knowledge of a broad range of design environments and commercial communications and challenges is essential: you must have experience of retail advertising including both display and classified print, and online media.

This is an extremely fast-paced working environment: you will have the ability to manage and mentor junior design talent, manage multiple design briefs and a busy studio, as well as think conceptually to ensure our client stands out in a crowded marketplace. You’ll be expert in software including Quark, Indesign as well as Photoshop, Illustrator and Freehand, and ideally have at least some experience of online design and programming software.
