Responsibilities

• Manage allocated responsibilities from the production team and contribute to regular department and briefing meetings.
• Your role will shadow, be responsible to, and work in tandem with the Production team but independently you need to concentrate on key aspects of content checks, job trafficking and communicating status updates.
• You will need to confidently consult, brief and manage progress of the design and editorial teams to meet deadlines, plus be capable of trafficking jobs from start to finish. All this whilst doing general housekeeping duties such as support to maintain the central information archive and project databases, filing content and production documents, plus assisting the Production team whenneeded.
• Responsible for checks for print and web based material for production requirements such as image/video quality, time-coding, product codes, captions and file names.
• With direction, source and obtain props for shoots, research tools and materials and new suppliers.
• Effectively brief in suppliers, manage quotes, organizing costs and billing of the jobs.
• Communicate  timings and estimates internally as well as with suppliers and 3^rd party commissions.
• Ensure Creative team materials and requirements are maintained from stationary, subscriptions to bookings for couriers, and delivery of artwork.
• Work closely with the Production team to achieve Creative initiatives and prioritised business requirements.
• Report to the Creative Services Manager and is key support to the Creative Production Manager and Production Coordinator.

• Able to multi-task to cope with the demands of a fast paced and reactive business.
• Strong communication skills are a must as is having a fantastic eye for detail and accuracy.
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high degree of pro-activity and resourcefulness and maintain a professional approach to all elements of the role.
• You must be able to approach all problems and issues with a positive ‘can do' attitude plus be confident in liaising with all departments at varied levels.
• Excellent attendance and time management skills.
•     A great trouble-shooter - ability to think clearly and calmly when faced with issues or problems.
•     Flexible, with ability to cope well with the demands of a rapidly growing company.
•     Excellent work, client and customer care ethos.
•     Diligent and self motivated.

•     Willingness to go the extra mile.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, MS Word and Excel.

Desirable Skills

• The candidate should have experience in a production environment,from either a design studio, web or print publishing company.
• Previous experience of assistance in resourcing materials for shoots, features or advertising and quality control of content would be an advantage.
