Fab chance for you to work within this thriving design studio at a Law Firm in the heart of the city
This is a maternity covering - starting in April, so you must be immediately available.

The primary role will be to produce a regular volume of marketing collateral for the firm in accordance with internal client briefs and BLP brand guidelines, oversee the timely and quality throughput of all DTP work through the DTP team & report on DTP metrics on a monthly basis to the Marketing Manager, including % of projects delivered on time. You will work closely with all internal and external suppliers to ensure timely and high quality delivery, deciding which work to place internally vs. externally.

In addition you will contribute and implement ideas that will help marketing collateral support the firm's business development effort by engaging prospective clients in a compelling way, consult with Business Development teams on how to improve the effectiveness of their print-based communications, coach and mentor junior or less experienced members of staff on delivering a quality design output & manage the DTP Assistant in terms of workloads and deadlines.

You will need to be able to manage a large volume of output, delivered to time and budget via a range of internal and external (agency) resources.

You must be a team player and be able to offer absolute clarity to internal clients on what they are receiving and when. You also need to be able to rise to the challenge of delivering major brand or process-development projects, in addition to their day-to-day routine.
