Listed on the London Stock Exchange, my client is the world's leading listed online company in its industry. Their goal is to have the market leadership position in terms of product, popularity and profit in everything they offer. They are internationally renowned for their creativity and professionalism in the online industry, and are now looking for an equally creative and professional freelance Interactive Designer for 8 weeks' of employment.

The role: 

As an InteractiveDesigner, specialising in XHTML, CSS 2 and Flash, you'll help increase the team's capacity to deliver creative requests for new multi-lingual sites and new products. You'll also provide all creative deliverables required by the business across all brand websites and service sites, making this an ideal position for a highly creative Interactive Designer, eager to put their stamp on one of the most exciting e-businesses out there.

Your main responsibilities as Interactive Designer will involve:

• Delivering high-quality creative solutions for all brand elements in the business to agreed standards and timeframes
• Executing briefs from conceptual design to publishing to live through the CMS using front end coding experience will also be within your duties.

Your skills and qualifications as Interactive Designer will ideally include:

• Proven experience as a Designer
• Expert graphic design ability
• XHTML & CSS 2
• Flash ( Actionscript advantageous)
• Photoshop & Illustrator
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practise

What we will be looking for in you:  

Ideally, you will have both creative / conceptual skills as well as good coding ability. You'll be someone who can prioritise your day-to-day workload, take responsibility for ensuring commitments are met and promote leading ideas with energy and enthusiasm. You'll also be ideal for this role if you can demonstrate good feedback, questioning and listening skills.
