Business Development Director required for Integrated agency based in Essex.

You will generate new business across Digital, Print and CGI offerings, from new clients, existing clients, Group clients and prospects and dormant/past clients.

To create, manage and convert pitch/proposal opportunities.

To develop and maintain a new business plan and new business reporting, including maintenance of the Global New Business Forum/Report.

To coordinate and direct new business development activity across different geographies and disciplines, including management of market intelligence and consultants.

To work with the Head of Client Services and Digital Strategy Director to develop the brand and offering including marketing materials, internet and PR.


You should have a minimum four years marketing communications agency experience in a senior business development role.

Proven track record of significant new business wins from both new and existing clients.

Knowledge of print and digital communications.

Experience in an Integrated Agency
Strategic understanding of marketing clients needs.

Advanced client pitch presentation skills.

Educated to degree level or equivalent.

High level of computer literacy including email and MS Office skills
