Designer £28k - £31k - Hatfield

My client is an award winning marketing agency based just North of London.

Required attributes of the Designer position

·    A passionate craftsman and driven Designer who will be able to take briefs from scamps through to finished print ready artwork.
·    Thorough visualising skills on the Mac.
·    Someone who can take the initiative in the design execution
of the idea with minimal scamps/without detailed traces.
·    Experience of design and its application for Sales Promotion including
pack flashes, concept visuals on the Mac and on paper where required.
·    Unflappable, well organised and literate, a person who always checks their personal output thoroughly.


Key Responsibilities of the Designer

·    Capable & proficient Mac output at all levels. Quick layouts,
design development and artworking for packaging and print
·    Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign and Powerpoint.
·    When required, liase positively and productively
with the Account Managers in the Account Direction Team.
·    To have a thorough knowledge of all the brands we work on including
the Brand Guidelines.
·    To work closely and proactively with the Design Group Head and help
improve the quality of the output.
