Description

Ensuring that all products are lit correctly, efficiently andcreatively, in accordance with Next guidelines.

Producing high quality and consistently beautiful images, ensuringthey are correctly exposed and colour consistent.

Accurately working with our image management team ensuring images tobe easily accessed by other internal departments through our CMS bycorrect naming and filing of image assets.

Maintenance of all photographic equipment, props and supplies,preparing sets, setting up appropriate lighting and keeping accuratedaily shoot records.

Ensuring all image's are ready in advance of online sales.

Meeting daily and weekly deadlines to prepare for new websitematerial.

Implementing and executing creative direction from internalstakeholders.

When needed Retouch / Crop / Upload Digital Images

Performing quality assurance on all images

Cropping digital photographic images / maintain file sizespecification guidelines.

Ensuring colour consistency between images.

Ad hoc duties

Carrying out regular reviews with your direct reportsincluding annual appraisals and six month reviews,

identifying development areas and setting SMART objectives as partof a Personal Development Plan.

Review objectives on a monthly basis and reprioritise ifrequired.

Criteria

Proven experience with Canon digital cameras,software with excellent lighting skills

Excellent photographic/technicalunderstanding

High proficiency in Capture One, Photoshop FlashProfessional and indesign (indesign not essential)

Mac & PC literate

Strong understanding of image colour correction

Ability to work well within a team, lead and motivate.

Able to work well under pressure, has a flexible attitude and isresponsive to change.

Creative eye for detail.

Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with peersand senior management.

Excellent time management, organisational skills
