The Flash Producer combines experience, market knowledge and input from other digital and creative team members to help create original and innovative campaigns and content. This is a hands on role where you work heavily in flash from creative design through to build. You will be creating content that is of the highest quality and constantly demonstrate outstanding creativity and production skills. Ideally you have a knowledge of ad servers including mediamind, flashtalking, etc. Your contribution to the development of the company's projects will be appreciated and you will be given the opportunity to have specific ownership of given projects. Some of these you will be responsible for overall production from start to finish.

Overall Responsibilities:

•    Production, including but not limited to Flash production, of client campaigns and deliverables
•    Communicate and information in a concise and professional manner whether in a verbal, written or visual context
•    Produce and programme projects from initial ideas through to delivery of assets
•    Maintain excellent skills in the main programming and design packages associated with the web and multimedia areas
•    Deliver high quality animation and design at all times
•    Effectively time manage yourself
•    Constantly report back on progress of projects to Digital Operations Director    
•    Liaise with Producers, Account Managers and Directors regarding digital requirements
•    When required work as a team with Copywriters, Photographers, Illustrators,
