Our agency client is growing fast and their clients are looking to them to push out their brands via social media platforms to create and engage with a variety of audiences through the development of communities for kids, teens and their parents.
The agency is multi award winning and well established, with great processes and an amazing set up and culture.
In order to succeed in this role you'll need a good understanding of social media platforms and a desire to be on top of the latest opportunities and trends, but most importantly you know how to engage with influencers, audiences and communities. You'll also be adept at pitching your communication and adapting your tone of voice with people in order to get the best out of them.
As Community Manager you will
* contribute to brainstorms
* Be involved in the planning of campaigns
* Manage the delivery of those campaigns.
This could mean creating conversation, approaching bloggers to review or write about a product or be involved in a campaign, selling in features/exclusives to online journalists, setting up competitions, to helping set up and run events for influencers.
Our client is looking for demonstrable experience in:
* Running online marketing campaigns including PR, influencer outreach and events, community engagement programmes and other social media marketing.
* Researching and finding relevant influencers using various sources, tools and judgement.
* Creating communication plans, copy and conversation calendars for campaigns with the relevant tone of voice.
* Engaging with and forging ongoing and campaign-based working relationships with key influencers.
* Selling in and negotiating promotions, news and feature items with target influencers and sites.
* Analysing and reporting on campaign successes both during and after delivery.
* Proactively identifying new opportunities and trends within social media and the wider online space.
You should also have experience in
* Coming up with creative hooks and plans for your campaigns that deliver success for our clients.
* Organising events and other elements to campaigns.
* Industry best practice and legislation.
