Head of Digital required for this leading independent creative agency in London.

In this client facing role, you will head up the digital department and form part of the senior management team looking after the development of all digital projects, large and small.

You will be used to meeting clients discuss and plan what is needed, as well as guide and make recommendations where necessary read to then direct and oversee developers and encourage the ongoing improvement of standards.

Involved in planning, information architecture & strategy also you should have sound technical knowledge and understanding and ability to apply a collaborative approach the creative and wider teams in order to continue the ongoing integration of the digital team into the agency.

This is a very hands on role, therefore successful candidates must have excellent project management skills, strong web development knowledge including an understanding of topics like HTML, Javascript, CSS, Flash, SEO, browser compatibility and accessibility and experience of implementing and managing processes within a development team.

Experience of developing with and planning the use of a content management system will also be key.
