Jump at this opportunity to work on a top global retail account with a collaboration between a large production and ad agency.

Working on the European business you will head up a large team that focuses on the creation and production of the various POS elements within each market/business area. The role is fairly autonomous however you will need to be extremely financially astute on working with the client and agency on the global budget and managing each market's expectations and limits. Experience is required on in-store POS and print production with an above the line knowledge.


Key Experience:

-Proven agency/production background
-BTL knowledge and experience across POS, print and Retail
-Large budget management and strong financial management
-To ably speak and write in a European language
-Good leadership skills and diplomatic approach to client and team management

Key responsibilities:


-Managing the European and Global clients along with the agency support
-Line managing the team of several Account Managers, Project Manager and studio
-Overseeing overall production of artwork to print delivery
-Being the brand guardian on look and feel of the POS elements
-Firm Global Budget management and being flexible when required

The environment is friendly and has a family feel however is very past paced with an extremely high volume of work going through on a monthly basis. The ability to think of your feet and stay cool under pressure is required! A passion for production and organization is essential. You will be required to liaise with all of the markets so experience is necessary in dealing with Eurpoean clients. You will have a firm but diplomatic approach to all enquiries and be able to resolve issues effectively.
