Junior Flash Developer - Leading Digital Production Agency London

A leading digital production agency with offices based in London and across Europe is currently looking for a Junior Flash to join their flash development team on a permanent basis. As a Junior Flash Developer you'll be expected to have previous experience working on Flash applications with AS2 and AS3 within either an agency or some other form of digital environment.

The Role
Working within the studio of this well known production agency, you'll be given the opportunity to work on the development of an exciting range of online advertising and rich media campaigns for some of the biggest household brand names around. Using media serving platforms including Eyeblaster, Flashtalking and DoubleClick you will be responsible for working within a team of flash designers and developers to fulfil media schedules to various specs for standard and rich media creative's.

About you
You'll need to have a keen eye for detail and be a real enthusiasm for creative technologies that enable a greater experience for the user. You'll understand the production process and the need for ads and applications to be built to specification, within file weight limits and to be fully tested.

Ideally you'll have experience with the following;
Essential
*Strong working knowledge of AS2
*Strong animation skills - timeline and/or code-based
*Strong working knowledge with Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver
*Knowledge of Adobe Media Encoder, and compression techniques
*Strong problem solving skills
*Good attention to detail
Desirable
*Experience with main ad-serving platforms
*Knowledge of AS3 and OOP fundamentals
*Basic knowledge of CSS/(X)HTML
*Experience with code Flash tweening packages (eg TweenLite/TweenMax, tweener, gTween)
*Solid mathematical knowledge
