Flash Developer - Digital Agency

The Opportunity
One of the best of breed hot shop digital agencies in London is currently looking to take on a new Flash Developer to join the ranks and to work on possibly some of the most interesting projects around. Based in Soho, this agency boasts a 35 plus team of some of the most creative and digital experts around, and work with some of the biggest brands on socially led and interactive web and mobile developments.

About You
Ideally, the agency is looking for a Flash Developer with a few years of experience working within an agency or busy digital operation who can cope with the pace of juggling multiple demands throughout the full project life cycle.

Mandatories: Digital agency experience is a bit of a must. An enthusiastic approach to new technologies and producing clean reusable code. An appreciation that an easy and efficient user journey and a successful campaign or application is the ultimate goal of the work is fundamental.
Positivity, a love of hard work, excellent banter, and great team player status.

Essential Skills: Actionscript3, XML, Web service / back end integration, HTML, FlashDevelop/ TextMate etc

Nice to Have Experience and Skills: Facebook and/or Hyves integration, Javascript, ASP.Net, PHP, Design patterns - mainly MVC, Illustrator, Photoshop, Unit testing, usability testing, AI and wireframing

The Role
You'll work across a wide range of exciting digital projects including social media apps, games, interactive user experiences, micosites and web sites, for some of biggest and most highly respected brands around. You'll be given tonnes of autonomy within this role, and have the chance to define your own role whilst working with a head of flash.
