Front End Developer - Leading Global Agency - London to £30k

A leading integrated agency with a growing digital offering is currently looking to employ a new and highly talented Front End Developer into their digital development team on a permanent basis. They're looking for the best Front End Developer around who lives and breathes user interface development and has a constant eye the newest trends such as ground breaking Javascript and the applications of HTML5. Ideally, you'll have previous agency experience, although not a must if you have a cracking portfolio of development work.
Technically you'll need skills in the following;
- Hand coded XHTML and CSS
- Experience with Javascript and popular JS libraries
- Sound knowledge of Ajax paradigm
- Ability to produce cross browser compliant web pages in HTML and CSS
- Ability to work to W3C and accessibility standards
- Experience of content localisation
- Ability to interact well with creatives and advise on the best possible solutions to build work
- Experience integrating front end with back end .Net and PHP.
- Some knowledge of Flash would be beneficial

The Role
As the Front End Developer you'll be responsible for all levels of front end development within the development team, and act as a lead on a number of projects from start to finish. You'll be expected to raise the standards of front end coding within the team, setting a benchmark for excellence at all times. You'll work with huge brand names and have a lot of enjoyment in playing a key role on advising how best to achieve their online goals. Their will be a lot of Facebook apps development so a keen interest here is required.
