A leading integrated agency with a growing digital offering is currently looking to employ a new Technical Director into their London office to head up their technology team on a permanent basis. As a Technical Director you'll be expected to have at least 8 years of commercial experience within the digital agency scene at a senior development level, and be expected to have a firm grasp of current and emerging technology trends including;
- a platform agnostic approach
- back and front end technologies covering .Net, PHP, Actionscript, Flash, HTML, CSS, Javascript.
- a wide variety of CMS systems, databases and server integration
- current knowledge of social networks API's, Twitter, Facebook, Blogs, Myspace, YouTube, Flicker
- bast coding practise's
- accessibility standards and SEO
- Phone apps development

The Role
This is a brand new role within this successful agency and vastly important to the ongoing success and development of their digital offering. Your responsibilities will be wide ranging from technical scoping, to accurate costings of projects, providing relevant road-maps and architectures of projects, developing your teams skills and training needs, acting as the key client liaison for all technical matters, support all digital production projects, R&D of new systems, CMS/CRM, emerging technologies, and social media platforms.
