Experienced eCRM Manager required for successful organization based in the City. This is an outstanding opportunity for a high calibre individual with eCRM experience to join an expanding business in a senior management role. A proven track record of running eCRM campaigns is essential, as is your solid working knowledge of using eCRM tools such as email providers and personalization software. You will have a passion for digital media, coupled with your strong marketing ability with goes hand in hand with your ability to keep track of developments in the industry. Building, establishing and maintaining more engaged client relationships will fall within your remit, this will be achieved by taking a data driven approach to campaign management and measurement of our customers needs through your close work with the in-house analysis team.
