We’re looking for a senior Art Director to join this successful retailer for a fixed 12 month period [maternity cover] Managing a studio manager and small studio team you will deliver brochure/mail order creative on time and to budget, coming up with new season creative and photography, delivering high quality, original store visuals and effective designs/templates across all channels. You’ll be responsible for the art direction of all new model and still life photography as well as motivating, training and developing the creative team and managing the relationships with the external production company and repro house. You’ll manage budgets and scheduling of work ensuring that brochure concepts/templates are delivered to critical path deadlines. From a retail/fashion background you’ll be an experienced creative totally hands on with clear leadership capabilities, strong planning and organisational skills
