I am looking for a talented Flash Developer for one of London's leading digital agencies. As an experienced Flash Developer you will have excellent grasp of well structured object orientated Actionscript 3, you will incorporate industry standard design patterns and will develop the foundation of your web projects using frameworks such as PureMVC.

The key role of the Flash developer within the agency is the production of cutting edge creative ideas to industry standards. As a mid-weight Flash / Actionscript developer you will be involved in scoping and defining the technical milestones of a range of projects and will be excited about the opportunity to help the agency create best in breed in Flash / Actionscript solutions. Experience of 3D software tools such as Papervision, Unity3d and Away 3d would be highly beneficial. Equally experience integrating flash applications with API's from social media sites such as Facebook, Youtube, Google Maps and Twitter is highly desirable. In return you will get the opportunity to learn from a number of outstanding Senior and Lead Flash Actionscript developers in the team working with some of the most respected digital creatives in London to produce award winning work for the agencies enviable client roster.
Essential Experience

* Excellent skills in AS3 flash actionscripts
* Understanding of Object Orientated coding best practice
* Previous experience using industry standard design patterns
* Familiarity with PureMVC or equivalent
* 3 years of production experience and demonstrated live projects
*Previous Digital Agency experience

Beneficial Experience
* Experience of 3D software tools such as Papervision, Unity3d and Away 3d
* Experience integrating flash applications with social media API's (Facebook, Youtube, Google Maps, Twitter)
