As the Account Director you will be working with a bias to direct and digital marketing. You will be managing young and enthusiastic team of Account Managers and 2 Account Executives. As the Account Director you will report directly to the Group Account Director. She has been at the agency for a while and knows how to get the best out of people. As this is the largest piece of business for the agency if you prove yourself, rapid career progression is easily achievable. The successful Account Director will have solid experience in Direct Marketing, online and offline. You will have managed teams of Account Mangers and Account Executives. Ideally you should have worked on large Direct Mail and Digital campaigns.
