As a Digital Operations Manager you will have experience of managing and overseeing a digital team of 50 people.

You will have strong client facing skills as a key part of your role would be to generate more business out of an existing account.

You will be responsible for delivery of a range of complex web projects with adherence to quality, budget and timescales.

Carry out effective liaison with clients as required including showing awareness of new business opportunities.

Excellent client facing and presentation skills.

You will be managing budgets to ensure that projects are costed appropriately.

You will be responsible for managing risks and issues effectively.

Define scope precisely, create project plans and monitor progress and budgets, producing agreed reports and any other relevant project management documentation.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately.


Ideally you will have worked as a Digital Operations Manager.

You will be overseeing a team of PMs to ensure risks are not only managed and but escalated to the appropriate point in the business where necessary and that issues are anticipated, managed and resolved.
