Working with an array of the biggest clients in the market, this digital agency is responsible for some of the most reputable digital projects out there.
The Digital Senior Account Manager (SAM) plays a central role within the client services account management Structure. Digital Senior Account Manager will serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the client. The Digital Senior Account Manager should seek to build strong relationships with their clients by managing projects smoothly and efficiently, keeping clients abreast of developments and managing their expectations.
Internally Digital Senior Account Managers need to create close working relationships with their Project Managers (PM) and colleagues in other departments in the agency (Creative, Strategy, and Technical) to drive projects forward. It is the Digital Senior Account Managers responsibility to work with PMs to ensure that work is progressing through each department - on time and on budget - ensuring that output is of the highest standard
The position will involve working across a major telecoms brand. Lots of Ecrm, comms and handset work
The Digital Senior Account Manager will have:
3-4 years account management experience (of which a minimum of 2 years in Digital)
Excellent track record of building strong client relationships
A strong understanding and experience in the digital space along with sound grounding in marketing/advertising/communications principles
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Detailed knowledge of the digital production process - from online advertising through to larger scale web development
Ecrm, comms and handset experience is a key requirement
Ability to take a brief from Client (understanding creative and technical implications ) and draft a creative brief for internal discussion
Confidence to present and sell creative ideas
Ability to conduct client meetings without the Account Director being present
Ability to give accurate verbal and written feedback and instructions to internal teams
Sound commercial awareness
Confidence, assertiveness, and self-starter qualities
