I have a great opportunity for an experienced Flash Developer / Actionscript guru to join an experienced 10 man team within a top International digital agency in central London. You will be responsible for the some of the agencies biggest clients and will be charged with using your extensive commercial knowledge of Actionscript 3, related design patters and frameworks (specifically PureMVC) to provide input on the best solution along with undertaking the build and ensuring the timely delivery of said projects.

As a senior flash developer / Actionscript Developer you will be involved from the inception of projects, you will be involved in UI architecture and software design as well as all phases of coding including design and code reviews.

You will work closely with creative leads, project managers, user experience designers and fellow developers in delivering a wide range of client solutions.



Essential Skills
* Expert Actionscript 3 skills
* Knowledge of dominant architectures, patterns and frameworks - PureMVC,
* Active interest in the latest technical developments; a blog would be favourable
* Back-end systems integration experience (web services, etc.)
* Strong interpersonal as well as written and oral communication skills
* Lots of ideas
