Working within a vibrant team you should be a talented Junior / Graduate Designer with bucket loads of potential that can grow and be nurtured. You must already be at the standard to showcase an online portfolio demonstrating strong design and web skills but most importantly it will highlight glimpses of your future brilliance.

Collaborating on internal and external projects you will work alongside a Project Manager flexing your creative muscle on some of the worlds leading brand advertisers. You will be hands-on involved with...

• Designing from scratch and evolving existing website designs.
• Designing internal and external promotional literature including presentations, email promotions, newsletters and offline print material.
• Assisting in migrating flat designs to HTML/CSS/Scripts.

Your passion and skills will naturally gravitate towards the web with an ability to design engaging, interactive and yet highly usable websites and digital mediums. It also goes without saying that you must know the Adobe Creative Suite CS4 (Photoshop / Illustrator / In-Design / Dreamweaver / Flash) inside out.

Knowledge of development tools e.g. Django and Ajax, or .gif animation techniques would be advantageous

Based out of great Central London offices in Farringdon, the City you will be joining a bunch of passionate, talented and enthusiastic people who form a great team environment. To succeed it is important that you share these qualities and show the desire to turn a 3 month internship into a full time permanent role with long term careers progression.
