Outline of role
The SEO Executive will take the lead creating a top ranked dynamic website for this leading building consultancy.

This is a new role for the company and the successful applicant will be instrumental in the complete design of a brand new website and have the opportunity to build in SEO functions from the ground up.  As a designer they will be heavily involved in the look, feel and content of the website.

Responsibilities
Create and manage SEO strategy, implementation and tactics.
Research keywords, competitors and techniques
Keep on top of industry trends and innovations regarding search engines
Use of 3rd party reports and analytical tools
Manage all aspects of SEO campaigns
Maintain brand identity while pushing creative boundaries
Recommend and implement optimization tactics
Work with all departments to optimize website information
Report and maintain key indicators to monitor SEO results
Design, originate and layout web pages in conjunction with Marketing requirements and in association with the Web developers.

Key attributes required
To succeed in this role we are looking for a rare mix of skills, an individual that can combine knowledge within SEO with great design for web skills:

Proven, demonstrate able, track record of successful SEO campaigns
In depth knowledge of the major search engines, algorithms and ranking strategies
Experience of using the main web analytics tools and software
Solid understanding of how to market via the WEB
Proficiency with Word, Excel, HTML and some javascript
Design experience with Photoshop, Dreamweaver or similar
Experience of .net websites (not development)
Good communication skills
