Highly respected creative agency, is searching for a talented Account Director, to work on a range of global FMCG brands.



Based in Central London this well established UK agency, is searching for an Account Director to work across a range of FMCG and retail clients. They are well known for their new business pitches and creative campaigns. The agency has been going from strength to strength and growing and are the buzz agency currently.



They are set to be very big! They have maintained their boutique feel whilst growing. The agency will be moving very shortly to some new fresh offices. They are very successful and one the most profitableUKagencies, although they are not the largest. Having won some large pieces of business they need an Account Director to work on existing clients and the new business they have won. As an Account Director you would sit at the heart of this agency with a fantastic opportunity to develop your career. If you prove yourself rewards can be plentiful!

The Account Director will be required to work on some very prestigious accounts, using a range of integrated and promotional strategies. As the Account Director you will be given more responsibility than at most agencies and have a great opportunity to grow. The role has a great scope for development and career growth. You will be reporting into a Group Account Director and working in a small but dynamic team on some exciting new projects. You will be managing a Senior Account Manager, an Account Manager and an Account Executive.



The ideal Account Director, will have a be an established Account Director and have a firm integrated grounding. You should have worked on large promotional campaigns and have good knowledge of Point of Sale, Sales promotion, experiential and digital. You will need to be able to lead a team and have a strategic focus. The successful Account Director will have worked on FMCG and or retail clients. You will have experience managing at least 2 other account handlers and have a drive to succeed and push the agency, yourself and your team.
