We are need of a heavily experienced full time web developer needed for around the next 3 months and then with the possibility of ongoing work.

You need to be:

Know php and mysql intimately

Willing to add new features and well as bug fix
Be able to demonstrate that you have worked on a similar project, of similar size and complexity.

Ideally, you'll be able to come into our offices on a semi-regular basis but this is not imperative.
