Working across a wide portfolio of clients the ideal candidate will have solid agency experience and commercial acumen. You will be a strong marketeer with both knowledge and a track record of delivering digital projects.  Able to develop and grow key existing accounts you will be at home pitching to new businesses. As Account Director you will be responsible for the management of the client services team, reporting directly to the CEO, you will have great communication and project management skills, able to plan, cost and implement projects.

You will understand the principles of good design but also approach things strategically and with a commercial edge. The role requires:
