You must have a strong design portfolio demonstrating a range of styles and experience designing for a range of projects including websites, games, e-shots, web-apps and iPhone apps.

You will be approachable and capable of managing changing priorities whilst working accurately to strict deadlines.

A highly motivated self-starter, you will have strong team-work skills with the ability to work independently using your own initiative.

Requirements:

- Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast paced agency environment.

- Experience leading front end design / development for the full life-cycle of a project.

- Excellent hand coded xHTML and CSS.

- Understanding of cross browser compatibility.

- A strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash)

- Understanding of JavaScript including Yahoo User Interface and Jquery library beneficial.

- Experience working with LAMP development team.
