The Team

The Creative team sit within our Marketing Division. The team produce unique and fresh design executions across all Online, Marketing and PR collateral including Website homepages, landing pages, online features, weekly newsletters, look books, invites for events, sub branding, packaging & labeling. They also produce all branded materials including advertising, internal and external communication.

The Detail

The key focus will be to support the Creative Team with the artwork of menswear & womenswear, homepages, feature pages and newsletters, with a focus on our new International sites. You will also support with the artwork of Brand, Promotional and sale pages and banners, competitions and press releases. All work must be prepared ready for coding by our fabulous in-house coding team.

Responsibilities:

• Artwork of menswear & womenswear, homepages, feature pages and newsletters.
• Artwork of Brand, Promotional and sale pages.
• Artwork of Banners, competitions, press releases.
• Understand creative vision of department as directed by Head of Creative
• Actively aware of all areas of design, fashion and brands
• Understanding of design scamps as set by designers
• Support colleagues with technical expertise
• Ensuring all print and web projects are executed within time line and schedule
• Managing personal workload and schedules
• Actively responsive to fluctuating business workloads
• Contribute to other team member's workload as directed
• Raise workload/resource issues
• Work closely with design team
• Liaising with coders and printers respectively
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with all other departments

Some key skills that you need...

• Significant art working experience with an impressive portfolio demonstrating your work.
• Fully conversant in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop)
• Previous experience with a fashion retailer or a fashion/lifestyle magazine is an advantage, and an interest in Fashion is a must.
• BA/HND (or equivalent) in a relevant field is an advantage.
• Understanding of HTML, (FTP software uploading) and all other technical requirements
• Commercial, design and functionality partnership
• Mac literate
• Good verbal and written communication
• Preferably bilingual
