You must have a mixture of excellent hands on design skills, combined with truly unique and ground breaking conceptual ideas. Skills:
Experience of delivering amazing ideas to life for big brand clients within an AGENCY environment
Expert typography, layout, conceptual and animation skills
Strong command of a wide array of software, including CS3/Flash and a solid understanding of user experience, accessibility and information architecture
Excellent client facing skills, combined with a proven ability to meet demanding deadlines.
Passion for digital and a passion for improving your hands on visual design skills.
Most importantly, you need to be fun, approachable and up for a challenge.
