My client is one of the largest online retailers who are looking to add an experienced Online Production Manager to their team. They are looking for a dynamic and talented Production Manager who will be managing two extremely busy teams whilst trafficking the digital workflow and end to end production process.

This role would suit someone who is highly experience with managing the full lifecycle of the digital process as a Production/Traffic/Studio Manager within the e-commerce or retail environment. As a natural people manager you will be responsible for a team of 7, you need to be able to empower the team, bring innovative ideas to the table and have high energy levels.

A strong communicator who is used to moving processes along, with some business development and project management skills. This company offers fantastic benefits and a maximum salary of £45k. It’s a great chance to be part of major company who continues to go from strength to strength and the various challenges that brings.
