Salary up to £28000 depending on experience

A challenging opportunity for an enthusiastic Marketer trained as an Artworker/Designer with 1-2 years experience.

The role:
As part of a small team, you will be a proactive marketer and the sole designer in the team, reporting to the Marketing Manager and working with the marketing assistant to bring your knowledge and design skills by producing direct marketing and e-marketing campaigns, newsletters, brochures, flyers, packaging and labelling artwork, website development. This is a new position due to the growing demand for an in-house Marketing Designer for the business, the role will really be involved and varied, requiring creativity within the guidelines and working across a range of projects and aspects of marketing. (day-to-day work and long term projects).

The candidate:
You will be confident, hard-working and thorough, having a flexible and adaptable approach to work. An all rounder, ready to face the challenges and the needs of a fast growing company.
You must be able to demonstrate a portfolio that showcases your design skills and knowledge of Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. (knowledge of flash, HTML and digital media are welcome) You will have the ability to see a project through technically to production and apply creative ideas to a range of deliverables.
You will ideally have good Marketing theoretical knowledge through a CIM diploma or a Marketing degree/course.
The right candidate will keep themselves up-to-date with future trends and technology, be friendly, outgoing and passionate about marketing, wanting to contribute to the business.
