Web Developer - Permanent - West Midlands - 20,000 to 25,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a multi faceted company known for their technical expertise across the world. This well established company offers a wide range of exciting services to their clients.

As a web developer you will be involved in developing dynamic, rich user interfaces for websites, web applications & email campaigns. In order to apply of this web developer role you must have proven front-end development skills using standards compliant HTML, CSS and JavaScript, including a good knowledge of the jQuery Library.

Your role within this organisation will include the following tasks and responsibilities:

* To work with the design team to understand project objectives and produce working
web pages from design concepts.
* To write clean, well structured HTML templates using standards compliant code
* To ensures pages work equally well across multiple browsers
* To integrate pages with our content management systems and create dynamic logic
* To provide on-going technical support to design and project teams
* To research and stay abreast of current technologies
* Awareness of current accessibility and usability guidelines.


In order to apply for this job you will need to have the following skills and experience:

* Excellent Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
* Good Knowledge of ASP.NET, IIS, SQL Server
* Experience of building content managed websites (Knowledge of Kentico CMS desirable)
* Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
* At least 1-2 years working in a fast paced commercial environment, building high calibre websites
