Responsible for leading and motivating a small team of web designers providing creative web
development and technical implementation for my client, their group of company websites and their customers. Ability to establish confidence in our business managers to produce designs which will
deliver business objectives in both B2B and B2C environment.
Key Accountabilities:
Excellent knowledge of SEO with experience of incorporating SEO procedures into web designs
To produce creative on-line design work for Group companies which identifies, conveys and
shows synergy in terms of look, feel and branding
Working along with the Design Manager to plan and decide on the appropriate action to take for
larger in-depth projects.
To Monitor Google Analytics to help improves Overall Web Performance.
Identifying & Implementing opportunities for Process Improvement & Driving Change Directive.
Direct and supervise Web Designers when necessary ensuring all work meets the required web
usability standards.
In-depth knowledge of: PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Flash &
Photoshop. Solid database knowledge with SQL server of MySQL.
To be able to take multiple projects through from initial brief to its completion within the specified
budget and time limits.
Liaise with all internal clients maintaining a strong working relationship.
Maintaining and updating project status on the studio's project management software after each
stage of the job is completed.
Maintaining and updating the studio's photo library ensuring an efficient catalogue of all Group
companies images.
Good levels of administration and general housekeeping on the system need to be maintained.
Following all studio procedures at all times.
