Our client is a leading B2B integrated communications agency based in Walton-on-Thames and they are looking for a passionate and driven Digital Traffic Manager/ Web Designer to manage the flow of studio work.  Already an experienced Digital Designer, you will be working alongside the Lead Digital Designer and Web Developer, responsible for designing and developing sophisticated digital marketing solutions to translate functional specifications into outstanding digital designs.

Responsibilities would include:

• Workload dispatch
• Compiling studio schedules
• Understanding of how deadlines work
• Conceptualise and design all parts of the digital marketing solution. Able to produce on-brand, stunning visuals and push design boundaries
• The ability to quickly and simply communicate your ideas
• Build - Prototypes and fully working front-end web pages (CSS and html) and html emails
• Aiding project managers in providing technical and design consultancy and assistance in the planning of projects (e.g. provision of estimates and timings)

Experience and Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience, ideally, within a digital design environment
• Photoshop, Flash/Action script animation, web design (HTML/CSS)
• Knowledge of After Effects, Premier, and Illustrator but further skills in print and photography would be a distinct advantage
• An in-depth understanding of design for digital communications
• To be able to work in a collaborative environment, helping to brainstorm ideas
