The Role
To handle the various business presentations and other internal documents and to ensure that they are aligned with the companys guidelines.
Handle the creation of presentations that are generated from and within Creative Media as well as the presentations that other departments commission CM to create. Presentations may range from simple internal PowerPoint presentations to data-led financial material to audio-visual keynote presentations for large events
In time, consult on people in other teams making presentations on how best to use templates from an aesthetic standpoint, ensuring that they are on brand
Use of business templates in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Update and maintenance of existing business material forms & templates (e.g. HR, NSP, Tech Services, etc)
Where necessary, general support to the Brand Communications Manager/Creative Media. In this instance, knowledge of general design software will help.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have:
Highly organised approach to work
Ability to work to given deadlines and good under pressure
Good attention to detail
Experience working as a team player and great communicator as they will often be liaising with people making presentations and the teams implementing them
Flexible approach
IT skills proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Keynote
Knowledge of In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator and Video would be beneficial
