Youre creative in everything you do, intelligent, driven, independent, talented, motivated, and proactive. Youll have a portfolio with some great, practical thinking and examples of clean, considered, information-focused communication. Youll be passionate about branding, web design and information layout.

What youll do.
Ultimately, youll be responsible for producing compelling, realistic ideas and producing high-quality creative output. Youll be responsible for providing the creative input to create our brand from the ground up. We need colour schemes, fonts, logos, icons, diagrams, web design, office templates and much more

Youll need to be able to listen to, prioritise and translate requirements, marketing goals and information into brand concepts, voice, messages and rationales.
Youll be able to collaborate proactively in the creative process and work alongside marketing, business development and technology teams
Continually learn, evaluate and implement new visual ideas that make our offering more compelling.
Great collaboration, problem solving and decision-making skills
Proactive attitude, comprehensive understanding of communication principles
Ability to present and judge creative concepts and copy, and clearly communicate creative direction to others
Skill in writing and presenting cohesive and persuasive rationales for your ideas
Excellent communication, planning, time-management and follow-through skills
Excellent knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
Excellent understanding of XHTML and CSS
Good knowledge of Flash development and Microsoft Office templates would be a big bonus
